About the Clovis Church of Christ

Shahe Gergian and his family moved to Clovis at the end of 2021 after spending two years doing missionary work in Malaysia and Australia. Shahe, along with his wife, Liz, are both California natives with over ten years of experience in full-time ministry. Shahe's favorite pastime is talking about the Bible, so if you're interested in getting together for a Bible chat, he would love to meet you.

Various Christian groups have organized congregations of Christ around the Fresno County area for over a century. Many members from the Clovis congregation have long standing, deep roots in the Fresno, Clovis, and Sanger communities as well as outlying areas.

The present location of this congregation was built in the early 1980's by a group of dedicated believers. While the makeup of the congregation has changed over its 40-year history, one thing has remained the same--the Clovis Church of Christ is deeply committed to serving God.
