The way we read the Bible will dramatically impact how we understand and live out the will of God each and every day. In this lesson, Shahe explains how to approach Bible study in a way that promotes contextual readings. What does it mean to be a human living in a fallen condition? Is human depravity inherited from Adam? How does God deal with our ignorance and weaknesses? These are important questions that can shape our entire outlook on life, our service to God, and our optimism (or pessimism) about the hope we have in Christ. The Biblical doctrine of Justification has to do with how one is right with God. As sinners, even though many try to be right with God through various means, our only true hope is pardon which comes through Christ and the forgiveness of sins.
