God has a plan for Christian families and when every member of the family is fulfilling their roles, the people of God will thrive! What is the difference between a trial and a temptation, and if temptations come from the Evil One, why did Jesus teach His disciples to say to God: "do not lead us into temptation"? In the Model Prayer, and throughout His ministry, Jesus talked about the urgent need for His followers to manifest the same kind of forgiveness to others that they ask of God. Most of us who have refrigerators and pantries filled with food can't relate to praying for daily bread. How then, can Christians who have plenty to eat pray the third line of the Model Prayer: "Give us this day our daily bread"? In this series, Shahe discusses each line of the venerable Model Prayer with special emphasis on how Christians can emulate this wonderful prayer today.
